HOW LONG DOES THE DELIVERY TAKE?

The delivery time consists of two phases:

Processing time (2 business days): order confirmation, customization, quality inspection and packaging.

Delivery time (6-8 working days, depending on the country):

From the international shipping center to you. The delivery times according to:

Austria: 6-8 working days*
Germany: 6-8 working days*
Switzerland: 6-8 working days*

*Note: All shipping times exclude customs clearance and delays. Delays may occur during peak periods such as Christmas, Black Friday or Valentine's Day.

Our shipping rates:

Free DHL/Hermes standard shipping (with tracking) on orders over €40.
